Hello and welcome. We are the Nobles family. Our permanent home is in the metro-Boston area of the United States east coast, but we have been living in the mid-levels of Hong Kong Island, SAR China, since 2018.

This blog has two main parts: HONG KONG LIFE, which contains anecdotes about our family’s expat experience in Southeast Asia and OPERATION MARKET TIME, VIETNAM which is an ever-expanding collection of Erin’s dad’s amazing stories from his experience as the CO of an 82′ Coast Guard Cutter during the Vietnam War (1967-1968).
